I -do- use Bose headphones (SoundSport earbuds) and I'm generally pretty
happy with them. Super comfortable (most earbuds don't stay in my ears or
hurt).

I still have a pair of Beyerdynamic studio headphones from when I was doing
sound design. I love the accurate or "flat" sound that they have.

You need to assemble. I had the minions do it so I don’t know how involved it
was. But they sure look great.

We organized our machine shop tool box years ago. Foam cutouts for mics and
calipers etc etc. It has stayed remarkably intact and organized. Place for
everything and labels on the drawers has seemingly made all the difference.

Why the extra voltage? Compensate for resistance of long cable? Might be
safer to just spend more money for heavier gauge wire.

My dad's farm shop is a mess as far as tool organization is concerned. I'm
going to assume that a lack of space to properly organize them contributes
towards that. Lack of tool organization contributes to tool loss.

I'm the 99% too . . . - I love music, but I don't have time, or desire any
more, to be an "audiophile" - I can't take listening to music on phone
speaker or laptop speakers, but I can take headphones on either and I'm
good with XM in the car. Works for me!

Yeah, pretty nice chests. I bought one for the shop this year. I also
thought it was pretty cool that they now sell them in like ten different
colors.

Last week, since it is snowing and we cannot really be outside doing

the flight deck of an aircraft carrier looking for foreign objects that could

If you’re ever in the Chicago area, you’ll have to visit American Science and

surplus rubber gloves will be labeled “inflatable turkeys”.

I think if we were to properly lay out space for each tool instead of throwing
everything in a drawer however you can get it to fit so the drawer closes, we'd
double our space needs. Hence, looking at maybe getting another tool box.
