I bought a Thurne explorer 110 BGAN satellite unit and its replacement
battery is difficult to find and expensive. So I am considering hacking
together my own. The one thing I cant figure out is what type of plug end it
is. So I figured I would ask if anyone recognizes it. ( I will take better

You set Vlan type to QInQ on the SM, ethertype to 0x8100 on the AP.
Guessing it would be similar on the PTP.
It doesn't overwrite, it adds a second 0x8100 tag. (We do this for out 4948s
which don't support 0x81a8)

Does anyone have a testing regiment for Wi-Fi routers that have been
