I would not advise to use the any services from Wapak,Ohio (its called comnet) I used to work there the management is very rude to there employees. Huh, they're based in Wenatchee... Cost of living is quite low in many of those agricultural towns in that area. Agreed. One of the biggest things that is going to make it worthwhile is having the ability for them to quickly find your customer information and enter tickets/call logs/etc into your CRM system, and I am pretty sure SP is integrated with pretty much everyone (as well as being stand up guys.)
