I use GoodReader a lot as well.
FYI: The latest version can email a PDF with flattened annotations embedded
that can be seen in Skim.

That sounds like a great script. The first thing that came to mind: could you
add a timer of some sort and then refresh/reload?

It's stored as a separate attribute of an item, unlike the normal "foo = ba
final bibliography. However there was a period when I was trying
to consolidate the two and that means there are duplicate entries which is
throwing errors from the latex compiler.

Files" column. The closest I found was "Local url" and I don't think that is
what you mean. Where have I gone wrong and where can I get the right
