which arguments and try to understand why it hangs...
it might be an X error, since it's the X call that hangs... maybe there's
something special to do to avoid it (always think that we're probably not
the first ones to enc
if we specify them as not available, then they won't allow them, don't
worry, and it has nothing to do with winks and background caps since it
also exists in msn 7.0!!! I think it only means that we support some of
the core features of that client, which do not appear as 'extra/eye candy'

Winks and background capabilities can be managed independently from the
client id... but if we put the client id as 7.5, do the servers consider
the winks and background available even if the specific flags are set to
"not available" ?

ok, works, sorry, it was my fault.. I was creating a farsight extension
for tcl, so I copied webcamsn to a separate directory (for the rules, the
headers, etc... to use it as a starting point), and the pkgIndex.tcl was
still there, so it didn't decode the frames because webcamsn extension was
