I have started working on translating some of the documentation to Spanish.

If I remember correctly, the reason why AddIconByType is preferred is
because you have multiple file extensions. If you addIcon, you would have to
add the icon for each individual mime type. If you addIconByType, you do it
only once

I posted an updated version that shows how new sections can be added. I
added "Configuration Topics" and "Another Topic Goes Here" sections. It
still provides a clean layout...
