Hello, We are facing a very critical error on logging in to remedy. It says authentication failed. Today moring we truncated user_cache table. Right Now user_cache has only 8 entries and only these users are able to login into remedy. How can we regenerate user_cache. Or is it because of

If you are currently under basic support, the licensing costs don't change to move from 6.3 with ITSM 5.6 to 7.1 with ITSM 7.0, and there is no upgrade cost. You can jump in to 7.5 if you want, but at this point you might be safer to look at ITSM 7.0.03.009 on ARS 7.1.00.006 which are the

Hi Brian- I don't have the 7.1 login JSP in front of me, but do make sure you are commenting out the entire HTML table row (tr to /tr tags) versus just the table cells (td tags). Otherwise you will have malformed HTML that could cause problems with some scripts, such as setting focus.
