ARERR is more likely a problem you are facing between your application and DB. I highly doubt it is between your client and the load balancer.. Did you try connecting directly using the AR Server name instead of the load balancer name? Does that connect with no problems? Joe

That is what I told the web server team. But they are telling me that Remedy must have a memory leak because according to them the jvm size is sufficiant... Only the mid tier causes the error etc ... I looked at the known issues and I can't find nothing linked to this on the Remedy side.
