Unfortunately I will not be able to make the conference. Will the

Hello All,
We are facing slowness issues with change management ITSM 7.
I ran all the logs and found the only in the api logs particularly the calls
in regards to GMSF = ARGetMultipleFields call is taking much of time.
SQL logs are clean. Even in any logs there is no error registered only

Fred,
is this reported as a bug?
does BMC Know about this?
or is this going to most likely be in the sp2 as well?
I have a fresh install: did not see anything (which I would not) but it is
possible we are going to upgrade: or go the less painful route of a fresh
install, and just migrate data
If any of you are thinking about loading SP2 onto a Linux platform, I would
verify with support that Atrium Core will work without issue on that
platform. A fresh install seems to work ok, and Windows seems to be fine.
But upgrades on Linux present some issues.

Hi,
Only ITSM 7.6.04 Patch 002 has been removed from the BMC support side, due to
some reason which would be available in next few days. You can still go for
the download for the other components like ARS and CMDB 7.6.04 patch 002.
That's the information I got from BMC.

I'm sure I reported it as I reported a bunch of installer issues. The big one

I looked a couple of minutes ago and only the SP1 (7.6.04.01) version is
available for ARS server (Server, MidTier, Email, ...) or clients.
