Sub – Reg. the FTS issue.
Steps to Reproduce – While navigating to the Server Info - FTS tab - Reindex
check box.
On applying the Reindex we are getting the error:-
Full text indexing is disabled --
turn on full text indexing and retry your operation :
234 (ARERR 678)

management process flow is currently being initialized or rebuilt, this will
finish shortly, please run the job in a few minutes (ARERR 48698)”

1. Is your FTS Plugin config running?
2. Do you see any records in ft_pending table at DB side? If you have large
number of records try deleting them commit the change retry the
operation.
3. Check FTS related entries in ar.conf.

I was reading the BMC wiki and found something weird in filters and
escalations. Wiki says filters act on current requests and escalations act on
all matching requests. I can modify requests through filters which are not
currently accessed by user. Filters acts on current requests -
