Not able to reopen Service request with Read License from Request Entry

Madhu, A task is always a sub-ticket of a parent such as a work order, incident, problem, or change. Therefore, it must always have a parent created first before the task itself is generated. If you're thinking of customizing to allow this, don't. You'll break everything. :) Sent from my
