Changes request and they returned the Japanese characters on a search.
Any ideas what could be causing the issue in the SRM Console view?

7.6.04 SP1. Any workaround that you can issue to get this resolved?

checked the Attachment Handling properties, looks like default setting looks
OK. Anywhere else I need to check?
