Hello!
We're looking to create a room booking system which would also integrate with
Outlook. We're on Outlook 2007 and Remedy 8.1.
My preference would be to use web services because that is tried and tested in
our environment.
Has anyone else tried this?
What we've tried so far is
Hello!
We've been asked to upgrade tomcat to ensure we have the right security patches.
Full configuration listed below, but basically we're on
Mid Tier Version8.1.SP02 Patch 001 201505281150 Hotfix
Web Server Information Apache Tomcat/7.0.53
So we're looking to upgrade to
We ALMOST have what you’re looking for, but not quite: ARS 8.1.02 and Unix
Solaris but our database is Oracle 11G not 12C.

Have any of you got Remedy set up in a way that allows people who do not exist

Thanks
Thanks for this.
We're on IE 11 and I'm not using compatibility view. Do you think the hotfix
will still make a difference for us?
For testing I've changed the mid-tier timeout to 5 minutes and I still get
ARERR 9351 instead of anything more user-friendly.

Hello!
Do you know how we can get a more user-friendly error when a session times out
after 90 minutes of inactivity?
Currently we get the following:
"Unable to setup data connection, which is preventing the application from
working correctly. HTTP Communication Error : 500 (AR 9351)"
