Hi all,
Long time listener, first time poster.
I've somehow become the accidental administrator of our Remedy system
despite my warnings. We have recently come under scruntiny as all of our
Work Info Entries are Unlocked by default and can be edited/modified at
any point in time.

** Hi all,
Long time
I had the same problem in our setup as well. It turned out to be a simple
name resolution issue on the network. I used a modified URL to test the
FB/Midtier functionality separately. It was something like:
applications I would expect to see there since we have HD v5

We're on 701P2 on the server, my admin tool is P3.
I don't find it unusal at all that this is not documented.

The following was noticed after updating to Patch 002 of ARSystem
7.0.01from Patch 001. It wasn't caught during testing and so far
appears to be
the only ill effect.
So far hasn't appeared to have impacted actual operation, but is disturbing
none-the-less.

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the list, and a have a quick (and probably stupid) question:
I've attempted to create a simple escalation for the Helpdesk form that
sends a notification whenever the Estimated Resolution Date is blown. I
believe I've got it working, but when the alert goes out... the
