In remedy user table, the login ID is case sensitive. If your user login
using all caps login ID, it doesn't match anything in remedy; therefore
remedy treats that user as a Guest user. Your user can still login, if
you have authenticate guest users turned on.

Directory, instead of in remedy.
I have successfully created the vendor form to view the Group class
entries. In the member property of a group, I am getting a list of the
members of that group in text form.

Here in Alliance Bernstein, we use 24 months. People needs to report on
up to 2 years of data, that's why we use 24months.

I know that. But still want to check if there is available floating
license on login. We should change the message to There is no
available remedy floating license right now, you won't be able to modify
a ticket but you can create new ticket.
Right now the remedy error message says,
