Jase, I have seen company archives any closed ticket which is 18 months or older. Here in Alliance Bernstein, we use 24 months. People needs to report on up to 2 years of data, that's why we use 24months. Our Remedy system performance looks fine with 24months archiving. (knock wood) Jason Niu
