Hi all,
Our issue is finally resolved with the recent Hot Fix and a new
ClientCore.js provided to us last Thursday. Thorough testing on our side
was conclusive.
We are just waiting on final explanation on what exactly was fix in the
ClientCore.js that did the trick.

IE10 (and now 11). We had the users turn on Compatibility View and that has
resolved their issues.

Fiddler logs are a complete waste of everyone's time. They tell you what
was sent to/from the browser, but the issue is client side - it's the
browser executing the Javascript code.
Theoretically, one could use some home-brew tool to pump Fiddler logs to
a browser and
