: Crystal Reports in v7
Hi all,
just reinstalling the user in another folder didnt't fix the problem for us
:-(. Any other ideas? Could this problem maybe fixed within the next patch
level?

Just make sure that you don't uninstall crystal as it was installed by
the earliest versions of User Tool 7.0.x That version of the crystal
runtime had hooks into Microsoft Office and Windows that frequently

We have got the same error when we migrated from 6.3 to 7.1.
Un-Install the user client and install 7x user client in different
folder rather than default folder which installer picks up
Hi,
I have seen a similar one to this which was due to the V7 client being
installed over the previous V6 clients. Our solution was to uninstall
all Remedy clients and re-install the V7 clients. Perhaps there is an
old dll or registry entry that is causing the issue?

we are actuylly migrating to ARS v7. One of the main problems ist that some of
the Crystal Reports do not work anymore. Always we get the following error
message:
0x80043ac3 - File not found.
