We are in the process of trying to install Patch 7 for ITSM 7.0.03 on a Unix
box running Solaris 10 and can't seem to get the install to complete without
crashing the server. We have previously installed this patch on 2 other servers
with no issues. The difference this time being we are trying

Has anyone seen the error Unable to build patch summary when runing itsm 7
patch 7?
And if so any ideas on what could be going on?
The apps are at 7.0.3 patch 6.

Is this one of those patches that is trying to validate its prereqs and such
before actually installing anything? I know that is a promised 7.5
function, and that they've been working in that direction even in 7.x, but I
don't know if they're there yet.
