Thanks for your prompt response. But my query is that as MongoDB expertise is not present so how far we can go with that in addition to My IT/SmartIT & ITSM 9.1. And how much stable is it ? Also is it working behind the FTS as well??

Hi Abhishek, You are correct. Mongo DB is the back end for MyIT & SmartIT. Its comes bundled with MyIT/SmartIT installer and it is the default offering. If you are thinking of using some other DB similar to MongoDb, then, implemented functionality for MyIT will not work. For more details, you can
