I have a requirement to be able to search for CIs with specific related
records with a specific attribute value. For instance:
I create an RFC to upgrade all Windows 2003 servers to Service Pack 3. To
do that, I need to identify which Windows Servers have a 2003 OS that is at
SP 2 or below.
