I'm not sure if that's the same error, but my incoming just stopped functioning one day (with outgoing working fine) when it was trying to process a message with a big attachment. That one was 30M. Ours has handled 10M properly. I'm not sure where the limit might be. That might be something

Jerry, Have you logged into the mailbox outside of Remedy and confirmed that there are no stuck messages in there? That happened to me twice and I had to move/delete all the e-mails from the actual Exchange mailbox out of the Inbox and then I restarted the e-mail engine. This resolved the issue
