Miguel We have upgraded our training system from 6.3 to 7.5 and got there in the end! I just sent a long reply to Kathy but it bounced so I'll keep this one short in case it doesn't work either. We had a lot of different issues upgrading and were on the phone to our support partners a LOT.

Just as an FYI, the 64-bit versions of desktop OS's are not supported for use with the Remedy User client - so such installations would be considered unconfirmed per the compatibility matrix. BMC tests the Remedy User client with 32-bit versions of desktop OS's like XP, Vista and Windows 7.
