Has anyone ever done an integration using Bold360 as a chat agent? They
apparently have an integration path with Salesforce and Zendesk but not Remedy.
Just wondered if anyone had tinkered around with the product before.

thinking the notification would only queue and not send until the mail engine
service was online again. Do you use any monitoring tools in-house like scom or
zabbix? We have had success using those to monitor

Anyone using Splunk for monitoring mid tiers or your AR Servers? If so what are
your thoughts on any value that it adds? Our shop uses several tools already in
place and we now have Splunk for some of the other applications. Just wondering
if it's a better option and wanted to see

We saw this exact issue in our production environment. Patch 7 of the email
engine fixed the problem for us. I noticed that you were on patch 6 if this is
the case for your email engine too, I'd take the plunge to patch 7. Hope this

This can be done in the active link that calls the dialog window. Look
in the area where your field mappings are and take the check out of the
box that says Show Close Button in Dialog.
Works like a charm.

the processing power of the old one. Everything seems completely normal
