Actually even a regular user can import data. (even overwriting
existing data) They just need a real license and change access to
field 1 and the rest of the fields that they are going to be changing.

This will be our first plunge into the world of Remedy API creation. We
have a portal page through a java application that we're going to let our
external customers submit Help Tickets on. We'll be using the API to take
the info on that portal page and submit to a staging form in

If the Remedy user account in question will ONLY be submitting data,
(and searching for data) then it can use a Read or Read-Restricted
license.
If you need to create a custom Group and give that group access to the
form (visible or hidden should not matter). Next make all the fields
