As per recommended procedure, it is best to keep the Server and Admin
tool versions in sync.
Is it also mandatory to keep the patch levels in sync? The reason I
ask, is that upon downloading ARS 7.1.00 patch 005, I note a server
component, but no new Admin tool. The newest release of an
say, keep them as in sync as possible.

I need to go from patch 2 to at least patch 3, and was told basically go to
