represent what IPA sound as Syamanta is showing, then there is problem which I have shown. You need to make up your mind what you want to do. We cannot arbitrarly mix the sound system with Assamese letters.

. Untill and unless we understand and agree on this point, any system we evolve will confuse people. The best thing will be to avoid the IPA representation completely, or if we want to do that, we should limit ourselves to the estanblished Assamese standards.

y Assamese cannot be said to be a phonetic language like Sanskrit or other Indian language. But overall, Assamese e sound may be said to be like a horso e to be on the safe side.
