The WebGUI is updated automatically when you update the AstLinux distro.
The tar.gz files are only needed if your want to use a custom WebGUI (or test
something).

Hi Michael,
it might depend also on how many SIP users per instance are connected. For 50
or less 1 GB should be fine. For bigger systems I would keep an eye on the free
RAM.

BTW: I also had the "15 minutes" issue with "Deutsche Telekom" SIP-trunks here
in Germany, and I could solve this by setting "session-timers=refuse" in
"sip.conf" in those cases (default is "accept").

That was based on the Asterisk 13 certified version (at that time a bit older
version with only security fixes) and without PJSIP included. Now it is the
lastest Asterisk 13 LTS version since it is EOL.

Hi,
as stated in the release info, the Asterisk 13 version is no more updated, but
ast13se, ast16 + ast18.

Hi Hamid,
normally you should get a DHCP address from your provider.
I had a same issue with another provider in Germany (static IP didn't help
either), I filed a support request,
and within a few hours they re-provisioned the server and I got an IP address
via DHCP.
Otherwise in "rc.conf":

Hi Peter,
it is just a matter of changing the repository URL (you must run a lower
version).
I would suggest you choose ast18 cause Asterisk is EOL now.
20 is not well tested yet, it runs fine for me though.
There was much changed between 16 and 18 (a few missing new config files =>

Hi Michael,
I only used StrongSwan with the AVM Fritzbox router/DSL modem models, which are
widely used in Germany. You'll have to create a textfile, which has to be
imported into the Fritzbox via the WebGUI.
Luckily the newer Fritzbox models now support WireGuard. Never used Unifi for
VPN. I
