well from what Ive seen, blizard hasnt responded to requests to make [[wow]] accessible, and by not responded I mean totally ignored. But hey, if they created the function to make add ons and mods for the game, well they would want people to use them. If it gains them players, even just a small number of them it would be benneficial for them, right? Sinse they dont need to use any of their time or money to make [[wow]] accessible cause others are doing it.

Yes, all the games on IOS can be played on the iPod touch. There is Zombie run which Im not totally sure about since it will use the GPS, but if the game can be played without the GPS, it will work.

Here are some updates:Swamp Platformer:- Plays sounds when camera panning, to help keep track of center and such.- You can use a BK3-style cursor now (ctrl+directions)- Added cicada sounds, and replaced some of the grass/leaves/wind objects with these.- Added a Capture the Flag level. Might be kinda buggy.- In the capture the flag level, allies will not follow you to new platforms by default, so you can leave them behind to guard different areas. To call allies to you, press f.- Added the Scorpion, RPG7, and Two Pistols weapons.Download:https://www.sendspace.com/file/kc2f8bJeqocon Console:The changelog is quite large.Jeqo Prime:- Added several characters. However, most of them lack voices. (I was testplaying Lilac with a voice from Swamp, but removed it for the upload).- There is now a power cap, when not in negative mode.- Negative

This does prevent some characters (notably Gravitor) from using it.- Tried fixing Glaciers freakin Gauntlet smash so it doesnt infinite if you use it with 0.5 power.- Ramps in arenas now work.- Adjusted the trailer arena so you dont get stuck fighting under the porch.- Expanded the island arena, to hopefully be less annoying.- Added more arenas.- Added the story mode tutorial.- I dont remember if the ability to check your health/power with the X button (defaults to R / numpad 4) was in the previous version, but its in now.- There are some hidden characters, besides just the five obvious ones on the top row.- Some voices that were missing should no longer be missing.- Tried to update more sounds. Especially the stomping/trippy moves. Probably not enough to be noticeable.- Added a different start sound to Esulcers web, so its more obvious when yo
 ure doomed.- I remember doing more nerfing to the older characters, but I dont remember the specifics.- Trying to Nerf Royces back throw, since its kinda overpowered.- Tarfin and Toofnars capes sound different.- Higher power cost on the Defobots omnibeams- Sick of the occasional post-kill infinite, tried to put a lower limit on hp.- Gave Gravitor a chance to avoid stuns while in the air (so, for example, he can occasionally break out of Mozudas air combo)- The Glacier arena should start you in the middle of the front, rather than the corner.- Dead people should stop getting up from falls.- When fighting multiple opponents, defeated enemies should stop bouncing in pits.- Eoces portal should sometimes switch arenas!- Hopefully fixed the bug where the sound of fires set during fights wouldnt move with the other ambiences.- Replaced Aluben with Yabu, for some rea

With the camera at 50, 0, I just figured out its maximum range, and stood outside of it until it turned right, ran up to 49, 0, then jump over it just as it turns to the left. Im not sure if you need a speed potion for that, or not.

Hi Burak, at the moment, there is no a possibility to port GameZone on iOS.To do this, it means to rewrite the game, to buy an iPhone and a Mac, to learn another programming language etc.I think nowadays we should have two devices, one with Android and one with iOS. Many people have both operating systems, this way they can use more useful apps. A phone with Android which can be used for Pontes GameZone and other programs is cheap, there are Samsung models cheaper than $100.

Hi.Of course it is someone who is known in the blind community. I didnt expected it was him though.The only one he is hurting is himself in my opinion. why? When creating an account like this and when introducing himself like this, everything tells me that we cant trust this guy. What else is he hiding from us? And again, what stops me to think that it was him who previously hacked Mason so badly? He is the only one who publicly have shown so much hate regarding to Masons games, not directly at Mason personally, but his games, or rather the security. He is the person who talks about the security. What is a hacker focust on? Security. What is a hacker braking through to reach his goal? Passwords and security. Mike does indeed know a lot about security, or it seems as, but Im not sure when it comes to it. So for all those reasons, I still think its him who hacked Mason. I dont think he had any idea about how much trouble he could get himself in, if he is not the hacker who have hacked Mason and the other developers as well. On the other side, creating an account and go after a developer like Mason who have been hacked so badly so he needed to make a new Twitter account, Skype, maybe Dropbox, an account on this forum, new website and properly more is not the smartest thing you can do, if you wont be blamed as the person who really is, the hacker.I think all agrees that all this is a huge mess.

Voice Attack, bring speach support to your game and programs!

Hello everyone.I recently stumbeled over a project that seems to interest me.It is called voice Attack. What this program does, it takes speach which comes through your microphone, and converts it in to different keyboard presses or mouse clicks.You can ad different profiles for different games or programs, and use these by issuing voice commands to the game.If you want to get more information about it, visithttp://www.voiceattack.comDid one of you already use this program and has some experiences with it?For me, this sounds interesting. Aprone,I noticed you dont include a theme song or sound at the beginning of your games.Id like to buy the Triple Triad Shuffle or Boogietheme from iTunes, then put it into your games as a .wav file, but I need you to put a filler sound in first.It would also be good to add a Read Me file with a list of keys and what they do.

Thank you for the new updates, Aprone! New sounds are verry nice.Even after update I still have the same problem with saved files, so its probably just my computer. I can still open them by starting a new game after it tells me that the saved game is damadget ... but then I get a verry nice bug: everyone that was cold before is now all toasty and warm. So we could say that I was cheating when I finished the game last time ... But I could probably have finished it even without this.

Any Blind Bass Guitar Players

Hello everyone.This topic says it all.Im wondering if there any blind bass guitar players out there because Im looking at some of the youtube videos and I think Im having some trouble with my fretting. Plus some plucking tips might be good as well. Though I dont think Im having a problem with plucking.And as far as fretting goes, I hear talking about pivoting my thumb. So if you pivot your thumb, I hear you can stretch your fingers farther. My question is, I cant get my stupid pinkie finger to cooperate and I get lots of fret buzzing.And again, I think my plucking is good but when I pluck, sometimes I hear this click on the fret board.So Just wondering if anyone has any tips from a blindness perspective.Thanks and have a grate day.

hey thanks for the replies, I didnt get any notification that you made the replies, but we do have a localTTS done in C# from recordings of me saying numbers etc... just debugging why it went silent today while preparing na new release. so Im really sorry I never picked up these responses sooner. so here is what we did. in simple terms0. recorded a load of spoken numbers, hundred, thousand etc (there arent that many)1. convert number to words algorithm / method / function (choose your semantic)2. used unitys audio file player by passing a list / array of words to it...should have said this is for Mobile so need to support iOS, Android and other later... hence native TTS was always going to befuddle.lots more news to share, lesson was sometimes limitations lead to really good stuff... but we are going to get some folks with more entertaining voices to improve our talking ships computer for sure!big thanks 
 for these pointers!.. now this time I better subscribe to the topic! wonder what made me think that was automatic. doh!

Hmm, I still dont understand whether setting up Japanese keyboard is required to play BK3. Nuno says it is, but I see SLJ saying it isnt in another topic. Im sorry about this. Since my default setting is Japanese, and I dont know what settings affect the games strings output, Im not sure how exactly everyone is playing the game.

Sorry Im just cutting and pasting my reply from the Paw Prints thread, haha.Would a song from iTunes be allowed to be put into a commercial game though? Even though this game isnt being sold, I have to worry more about those things because Im a registered business now. I will also have this game multiplayer at some point (soon if I can keep coding this weekend), so it will be tied to a paid account system and would then definitely be considered a paid game by many people.

@Aprone: Thanks for the warm welcome back to the forums. It definitely increased my stress level and suspense by using names of family members and friends in the game. Lets see: Once, I had a coworker/mentor of mine commit suicide, another time my boyfriend died and his dad had to cut up the corpse for food, and yet another time, my boyfriend went back to save a male friend of mine and died of hypothermia in the process. There was one funny bit where it said my boyfriend was planning to go away from the camp to take a poop but heard wolves and decided against it. Too bad I couldnt copy that to my clipboard. ROFL I would like to try and see if its at all possible to get all my folks safely to the city, even if they lose a few fingers and toes in the process. When I used to play Oregon Trail with Dad, we would save our game and save it often because I just couldnt stand to lose anyone. That will probably mean it takes me ages to beat the game, if I ever
  do. Im sure it will be a fun journey, nonetheless, and maybe I can learn about surviving the elements in the process. Did you use your real-life knowledge to program this stuff in? It appears to be quite realistic and Im impressed. @KeyIsFull: Thanks for the explanation of the sound. Brutal! With that explanation, the sound makes more sense to me now. Youre great at creating those sound effects.  Will you be adding more death sounds, like the female suicide, or is this based on stats? Ive heard that males are more likely to use methods such as hanging, and females are more likely to ingest things like pills, and are usually not as successful. Too bad she cant just find some death caps in the ice valley. ROFL, I need to play something like Angels Gift now so I can get myself out of this morbid state of mind!Best Regards, Tiff

I just wanted to say that I really enjoy this simulator. I get seasick and so its a nice way for me to enjoy fishing without having to feel queasy to do it. Is there a particular destination to reach? Will the boat get damaged during a thunderstorm and will I, as the captain, be forced to go down with my ship? ROFL, and I also loved the boat racer recording! Any chance that you would add in multiple recordings so that if you pressed enter a second or third time during your game session, you would irritate the race master?  I dont know if its just my computer, but when I want to get out of the game, and I press the Escape key, nothing actually happens. So, I usually just have to open the Windows Task Manager and force the program to close in that way. I also could not get anything to happen when I pushed enter on the option to exit. Severestormsteve1, a lot depends on what version of Visual Basic you mean. Do you mean VB 6 and earlier, or do you mean Visual Basic .NET?If you are talking about Visual Basic 6 and prior versions Id say no. Although, it was used for games in the past the language, tools, etc are extremely old and deprecated. SO I would not recommend using it for any new projects.However, as for VB .NET it depends on the project, but Id say it still has some use to developers. It is fairly easy to work with and while I might not suggest it for games it is fairly handy for creating other applications and stuff. I rather like VB .NET as a quick and dirty programming language. Although, you could certainly develop games in it if you wanted too.As for Python there is certainly more than one library available for game development. Not sure where you got the idea there is only one library for game development, but it is not true. Off the top of my head there is PyS
 DL, PySDL2, Pygame, Pyglet, etc. Those are just the more common ones. So if you ever decide to take up Python for game development there is a lot more out there than you seem to think.

I still cant seem to spot the bug in the code, but Ill keep looking.Tiffany, Im glad to hear that your boyfriend has the good sense to avoid the wolves, and the will power to keep everything in for the rest of the night. ROFL sorry! I didnt really use anything too fancy in the game, as far as real life knowledge is concerned. I did run some internet searches for arctic mountain locations, to help give me a better idea about the terrain people would encounter as they escaped them. I think thats about it though.

hi.Ive just started using chicken nugget, but find it to not read things. For example; when I follow someone. Theres no refresh buffer thing like in the cube as far as I can tell. It says it gets the latest tweets but I dont know how well that works.SO my question is, are there any other good twitter clients for windows, or if you use chicken nugget, does it work well for you and what do I need to do to get it to work well for me?Thanks.

No one has officially said on list that their map has been made to either support multiplayer or has made one explicitly for it. Like I said, this release was really to get map developers making maps for it. That being said, Age of Warlords I can imagine is really good for it. Im not sure if it supports it yet though.

Would a song from iTunes be allowed to be put into a commercial game though? Even though this game isnt being sold, I have to worry more about those things because Im a registered business now. I will also have this game multiplayer at some point (soon if I can keep coding this weekend), so it will be tied to a paid account system and would then definitely be considered a paid game by many people.Yeah a readme needs to happen. Im terrible at making myself sit and write those, haha. Ill add it to my list.

Haha, yeah I think stabbing oneself would probably be pretty extreme. So would the lighting oneself on fire, which is originally what I thought that suicide sound represented. I suppose one could hurl oneself off the ridge or break through the frozen lake, but that could only happen at certain locations. It might be difficult to program, but maybe there could also be failed attempts where someone manages to save the individual. Best Regards, Tiffany Kim

Aprone: the message for finding a broken leg or arm is the exact same as for anything else (just replace broken arm with splint or firewood and youve got it). Its just part of the message that reports what they picked up.

I tried CN but didnt really like it... Although I think I did end up buying it, but Im not actually sure. I havent tried The Qube though, so not sure how well that Works. Im using TW Blue though, which I find really nice, so Ill definitely recommend that.

Any map can be played multiplayer (unless it breaks somehow, but they shouldnt.)Just go to the map pack directory, open map pack settings.txt and add the word multiplayer to its own line after the load_scripts line.

I just wanted to drop in here and say Im quite hooked.My only suggestion would be that right now (0.8.4.7) the first areas can be really hard, itd be nice if the first batch or two were slanted on the easier side, like they were back before you could choose areas.Loving the 30k hp titans that show up, itll be nice to have something that actually poses a challenge next time I manage to get up to 15k damage and 8k health.Great work!

Yeah, I want to add more death sounds. Its just hard to find sounds for realistic-sounding events for what could happen in the game. A couple of the suicide ideas I have thought up include self-hanging, eating poisoned food, and cutting their own necks with an available knife or spear. The last option seems kind of extreme; I dont think people normally do that when they want to commit suicide just beacuse the pain is excruciating so I ruled it out. And its really hard to poison ones own food, tohugh I guess you could theoretically look around for poisoned vegetation or something.

I have never needed to change to the japanese keyboard layout. The only time I have had to is for Shadow Rine and the menu based text adventure games.A friend of mine is trying to play bk3 with very slow internet. The check for updates at startup option is disabled, but when she starts the game it just remains stuck at the reading prompt and doesnt start.

In short, no. Not only would it be a major (and really! major), coding project that would need to be custom coded by hand to both implement a command line box and implement the forum software to accept such commands, sinse Punbb has no such extentions, but also Im afraid I just dont see a need for it, indeed having to type the numeric id of the topic to be deleted would be more complicated. If you want to delete a topic, just find your first post and use the delete link, then hit the button to confirm, that is all, (probably less key presses over all with most screen readers than typing into a command line). To be honest, you shouldnt really be needing to delete topics that often anyway, sinse hay if they just get left in the forum archives, its no problem. Unfortunately if you posted something you thought was spammy or stupid, everyone will have read it at the time and deleting wont make a difference. You can if you w
 ish of course, but personally I wouldnt bother. If you want to change past mistakes and make everyone forget about a previous attitude or what you might have said, your better just trying to contribute more in the future than trying to quite literally erase the past.

A warcraft audiogame would take far too long to code. Blizard has what ever god you believe in developers, graphics designers and coders working on the game. Then theres all the money they have, and lets not mension all the resorces. The only way you can navigate maps at the moment is with a sighted player from a guild helping you by following them around.

Nice topic; methinks I could learn from this one myself. I am a multi musician, so I do spend some time on base guitar. I wouldnt call myself great at it, but being the improv kind of guy that I am, I do adapt quickly. Mostly, that means playing by ear rather than actually seeking tips, which is a bad habit depending on who you ask I suppose. To rectify the clicking issue I would simply suggest a bit of equalization. You may actually achieve a basier sound altogether.

no, I dont think you should have to redo the ship, as Ive messed up doing that same thing, and its been fine.Just be very careful not to block off rooms lol.

Hi Cae.Holy crap you said the other day you werent working on anything. This is a whole lot of nothing lol. Im going to fire up jeqocon console today Ill probably be tied up with that for hours now lol.Btw, I can do voices for characters. My microphone isnt the best but Im pretty good at voices if I do say so myself. I love dle, jeqocon console, sengoku jidai, jla any voices you need I could probably do. Accept for japanese I dont speak it and cant do a convincing japanese accent so I guess sengoku jidai is out lol.
