Brad, I'm sorry to say, but I really, really wouldn't recommend a cloud service that unlimited space. Those that do have always screwed users over in the end. Bitcasa, for example, used to be a very well trusted, reliable infinite drive. Apparently some people were taking advantage of the infinite plan, because after all, they kinda did have the right to do so, storing tons of terabytes maybe even pedabytes, of data for server management perhaps, on their finite drive. eventually, Bitcasa turned into a service with premium amounts of 1tb, 10tb, etc. In the process, they pulled out the rug, warned people of the new switch, and that they had two weeks to download and backupp all their data, no matter how large, after which it would be permanently deleted. Microsoft One-drive had a similar thing happen. Yeah, you see where this is going. Companies who really don't have the money to truly run an infinite plan, really have no business offering it. In fact I wouldn't
  really even recommend the cloud as a permanent storage source, either. AFter all, however trustable a company is, you're still relying on a company to stay afloat so your data is safe. I'd just recommend getting tons of hard drives, because then you'll get the storage you paid for, and nothing less.

From listening to this recording, I think many a new player will have trouble with this manual pilot.Is it possible to have an autopilot for those who aren't mathheads? Failing that, instead of a manual, there better be a deep, immersive in-game tutorial like in pretty much every mainstream game out there today. Will story stuff in offline mode only, or will that carry into the online mode? New Player help I'd say, or lack thereof, is what turned new players off from DMNB Alpha.Also, this is Python, so I'm glad that screen readers now announce locations. That, and the little things, like footsteps sounds in the left and right channels respectively so that it actually sounds like you're walking on two feat.

I didn't know language-learning was measured in hours. Is there a standard that defines that? What about African languages?If eSpeak is able to use Mandarin Chinese, then that could probably be used as a basis for the Hmong language. As I said before, there are some blind people who may not know English, but who want to use a computer. Would that computer support their language, and would there be a compatible speech synthesiser that could work for them?

An accessible cloud bassed service like Dropbox.

Hello; I'd like an accessible cloud bassed service like dropbox but with unlimited storage.Having 1 TB of storage space on dropbox is good, but I'd like more if possible.I've looked at some unlimited cloud bassed services but they are all inaccessible. Oh and I tried google drive. Sure 10 Tb would be way more than I need, (I'd get it though because I'm crazy,) and the accessibility is interesting but the help staff are not helpful. Oh yeah, one more thing; there's no way to move your rout folder once you've installed the google drive software. So no thanks. Wel okay, there is but it involves a lot of messing around and I'm not willing to put up with that just to move a folder to an external hard drive.

Do you already speak Hmong? If not, it could take a long time to learn the language as Asian languages generally take upwards of 1500 hours to learn. To put that into perspective, some European languages can be learned in under 200 hours. You would also need to find a person to teach you the language, which would also include the writing of the language.There appears to be no unified writing system, which would make it difficult for a speech synthesizer. Because of this, there is little information already available in the Hmong language, thus the benefits of creating or modifying (see below) a synthesiser would not outweigh the cost and time involved.In making a writing system, it appears that mostly the Russian, Thai, Vietnamese and various forms of written Chinese are used to convey Hmong writing. Taking this into account, it could be possible to use one of these modified writing systems and to modify a machine-generated speech synthesiser for the pronunciation of
  the Hmong language. Otherwise, a new speech synthesiser could be created using human-generated speech.

Two things I want to say:1. Perhaps a call centre job is the best thing certain people can do because they have no other qualifications. Do it for a few years because at least it'll give them some level of experience. Though it's not meant to be their life's work, it's a "stepping stone" to a better job. They complain that they have no job, yet they won't even try to get a job, although basic, to even try and get themselves out of the land of the unemployed. Even sighted people have to do the boring and unfulfilling jobs for a few years to "learn the ropes" of proper employment.2. If you live too far away from getting training, so be it. Don't blame yourself for something like that. As a human being, you have every right to live where you choose to live. The only problem is that you need a job that you can get to. Start posting your resume online, because that is at least a temporary way of thinking your getting somew

In the documentation mentioned above, there is all this information about using backslashes. I copied the example text into the program, and Eloquence just read it as normal.If you are supposed to change parameters by using the v characters, wy do they bother giving you an options dialog?

Find the difference in coordinates (say, dy for p2.y-p1.y) and the same for dx.Now you're subtracting one set from another, so you're essentially finding the location of the second queen compared to the first. If its a diagonal, the x and y distances have to be the same. Therefore, check the absolute values on dy and dx are equal.

I just downloaded insect therapy, and man it's awesome! Oh, and thanks for giving me itches all over and giving me nightmares about bee stings.  Keep up the good work. And a feature request, I know that sometimes insects, in reality, do try to jump when they see somebody trying to swat them. What if some of the insects could, at a random time, jump away from you and go to a completely different position? This would make the game more challenging. And also health would be a good thing to keep track of, what if insects could sting you several times? Of course, there would probably need to be a medicine item that can heal you in that case.

Just thought i'd pop in to post a quick update. Remember though's automated launching and landing sequences? Their gone. From orbit to the ground, and from ground back to orbit, weather it be finding a beacon to land on a planet or climbing your way back into orbit, you now have full control over the ship. I was just informed that while the game is open, you can also press control alt M to bring up Virtual Midi Synth’s mixer, and then you can use the up and down arrows to modify only the midi volume. This could help if someone doesn’t want to turn everything down, just the music.I've added these instructions to the JGT user manual as well.

I'm having the same problem I can update a few things to level2 but that's about all I can do at this point, this world keeps crushing me, and I don't get anything other then 4 milion defence from neighboring planits, and if I get that to 5 milion he comes back and crushes me with 10 milion. If I could just be left alone I might have a chance to get stronger, but no such luck. I don't have enough to atack him either.

Heh, thats probably true. Mainstream developers don't normally think of audio in term's of a primary interface, if they decide to stick with it they could be in for an interesting ride.As for the stuff I mentioned, I'm sure you've seen diagonite around the forum's here. They had run a kickstarter for a reflective audio engine for navigating 3D spaces called RELESS, you can find the thread over here. As for The vOICe, its a piece of software written by Peter Meijer that converts an image in to a sound wave, i've been playing around with some of the source for awhile now. I've implemented it in an Audio Minecraft Prototype, and as a scanning function in BrushTone.

so my game is now in a completely unwinnable position.I'm at about 60% complete. A world frequently attacks me, taking 50 of my energy and all of my defense. The defense gifts of other worlds aren't enough to give me a defense profit. I have the space port built so I can construct larger fleets, but I can't build enough of them before I'm attacked again. The world in question is up to 1200 attack and is steadily increasing.

hi,nice game, will try soon.lol, enough for a few people trying to convince dark to switch from windows xp with or without the use of so-called "superlatives"haha.well, tbh, i would be frustrated if someone mentions the benefits of windows 10 or later and hints about switching from windows 7, no way, none for now. but i may not hold such perception for xp, after using windows 7 for more than a year and getting comfortable with the way windows 7 handles a few things better than xp, that is. in other words, the learning curve with win 7 is not so huge i suppose, could be problematic for a person who is forced to switch suddenly from xp to win 10 or a later version, for example. as xp may not last for eternity, but so doesn't a human live forever, too.well, i know that being off topic shouldn't do any good and apparently i've used some superlatives as well, laughs. but that was not directed at anyone in particular, just my opinion and observations, wouldn't further disrupt your discussion about the game though.thanks

blaarg. spent about an hour writing a reply only to get it lost because of something weird which caused jaws to behave oddly and jump out of the edit box, only to find that virtual curser doesn't work and edit field couldn't be reached while pc curser was active. lost the page too, the tab closed because of an error with a key combination. shouldn't have logged in at first place.anyways, doesn't help when the flow is broken, don't feel like writing the same thing again. but yeah, i could relate to both the escape and subsequent screaming in real.well there could be a reason behind this, something similar used to occur here at least 5 years ago, although there were no strange creatures involved. so i was planning to share that along with a few observations or may be a possible conclusion, but no use.well, tired right now, so i hope to find a good enough moment to write all that again, may be in a few days.regards.

No, you first get near water, then you use the item, and as soon as the game tells you "oh there's a bite: you press spacebar as quick as you can. Note that the old rod only fishes magicarp, so the better the rod, the better fish will bite.

In the load or data menu, there is an option that says  manage data  When I go in there,  there is an option that says online back up. When I go in there, there are options that say it back up, makes a back up of the current save data previous backup which at this only says that it displays the last back up information back up notification. And close.   I don't see any kind of option that says anything about restoring a back up. I'm a bit stuck.

crashing here as well. I had an awesome world with a bunch of stuff and it crashed and it won't run again.I am using iOS 9.3 with iPhone 5.And the fighting is a bit problematic, since we're supposed to hit the fight button really fast..a nd its a bit more difficult with voice over, we cant really do the finger drumming stuff.but awesome game!

I'm using an iphone 6 with ios 9.3, I also got the crashing bug, and it's pretty sad too cause I was quite far into the campagne mode. I also sometimes get jumped to the top status bar when trying to select something with vo, and music and sounds would be awesome, even though it's not really an important requirement, the game is adicting enough as it is right now.

Yeah, the switch is like on one side or the other, near the connecting pins or contacts or whatever, its like real small and you need to use a fingernail to push it back or forward, It's been so long since I used an SD card I forget which is which, but yeah, if that switch fell off, then its gonna be in right protect mode as Jack said. I never had a problem with this, I would just put files on and lock it and be fine with it.

Hi RachelJust a quick heads up to let you know that the save issues on my 2nd windows 10 have been solved. For those having issues with that, it's caused by the visual c++ runtime libraries or the lack there of. Hi.  Thank you once again for making your game accessible. I'm having a blast so far, especially with the descriptions and dark room style storytelling.  I'm not too bothered with music and sound in games, especially if the quality is there   Gameplay wise .  I don't know if this is already in the game in future, but I would love combat to be a bit more involved, such as building fleets of ships to send them out against enemies for example .  .

Question3You should turn off your afterburner when it's unnecessary. Press Tab/P to check your position, and if you are in the first place, you obviously don't need afterburner.

It's quite stable. Then as soon as you need the game corner, switch over to the test version. Same for ghost tower, and the drinks machine. Remember to put the save in the old version to access floor seven of the tower. Once you went through those hoops, you can use the test version to get a while lot further in the game.

Youch! just got the crashing bug too. As I recall I'd just been beaten up by the scorpian king, and was looking at what new worlds I could build.Sinse I'd really rather not reinstall the game I do hope this bug gets fixed, sinse it seemed the story mode was just getting started and I can tel there is a lot more to go in the game.

Call centers would work in the short turm. A question then is then what? I may had took the IRS job, at least in the short turm, if I could had gotten to the training, but the training is or was a few hundred miles from where I am. Is it just Me, or is the job skates for the blind look depressing? If you notice, part if not most of the problem may lie with me...
