Resident evil 6, Madden 18, some people have success with the Fifa games, Dead or alive (I think one of those games has been imported to XBox one from 360). I have little evidence to support the x86 vs x64 theory, other than the fact that old versions of Gold Wave 5 which I still use don't have the problem, and Gold Wave 6 does. I was going to test this with Reaper, but I can't make the issue happen as consistently in Reaper, or in anything else for that matter. I also get random errors in my logs even if NVDA is just sitting there, though I suspect with debug warning mode, that is bound to happen, similar to the event viewer in Windows, which btw may be worth investigating, perhaps. I've never done that though and don't intend to unless I have a reason to. Playable or partially playable but fun xbox 1 games? So I was wondering if there were any games people were playing on the xbox 1 that I might not know about? I don't mind if a game isn't totally beatable or anything like that, as long as I can have fun and at least play it somewhat successfully. I know of mk, injustice, killer instinct, tekken, and UFC2. Anyone playing something that's not those? Oh and rock band, haven't gotten that one yet but I'm sure I'll have fun with it. I usually avoid the problem by doing large batch processing jobs, such as converting many audio files, before going to sleep or otherwise being away from my computer for a long while. Haven't yet heard from NV Access, but I just reproduced the problem again, and this time I really tried to alt tab and browse Explorer windows a lot, and tabbing among the various elements in the Explorer window to break things a lot. Although as Ethin mentioned its not generally used on consoles and memory management can be tricky sometimes because python handles that automatically for you unless overridden, making it impractical (but not impossible) to use in some circumstances.As for 3D, there are other 3D engines other than just PyOgre, such as Panda3D, Blender, Godot, etc. though accessibility may or may not be an issue with those. There's also Pyglet, PyOpenGL, and Kivy however which could also be used to create your own 3D engine.For developing for earlier operating systems you should probably stick with python 2.x, since recent versions of python 3.x have dropped support for winxp. This could also effect support libraries to a greater degree in the future, so you may need to use earlier verisons of those as well. Actually it wasn't that long ago that Zachtronics [ported one of their games to MS-DOS], they found it quite educational. Some might require you to be a bit more clever about it than others, but nothing too unreasonable to my knowledge. I've heard Java's audio capabilities may be the weakest, but I have no evidence of such things. As for MUDs, I know Clok was developed in python and had some issues, though, I think it was down to less than optimized design rather than a language specific issue. Really depends on which of those you are more comfortable with. For example, C++ is good and all, but if you don't feel that you are skilled enough with it, it will fail you. Definitely need to ask yourself what you are designing for, as well. If being multi-platform is more important for example, than, I'd recommend either Java or python, again depending on what you are developing for. Afaik it will only do realtime scanning if you do, the free version cannot do this and so can only address threats if you manually scan and it finds them. They may have changed this, however. Personally, I use Malware Bytes when I think I'm infected, and have given up on Defender. I don't need anything in realtime for regular use, I haven't been infected in ages and I always found virus scans to be nerve-racking and not good for productivity. In the end common sense seems a better option than something constantly running in the background. I'd say only use something that runs in realtime if you feel you will soon be getting into trouble, like if visiting a strange web site or trying to work with someone else's files who may be infected.As for programs I use for protection. In addition to Malware Bytes, I also use JrT (junkware removal tool). Which if memory serves and if nothing has changed, is a command line program written by the Malware Bytes team. You just run it and it does its thing. It closes a lot of programs in the process though, but it does try to clean your system. It isn't an antivirus, it just removes a lot of adware and spyware. I didn't have mutch problems with defender but I needed to add some games to exclution for it to carm down. About your original question, Try C cleaner. It's not directly an antivirus, but it's very good because you can cleen when ever you want and it doesn't do everything automatically, plus you can select exactly what you want deleted or not, so if it tags a game as a virus, you can uncheck it and it won't delete it. Not shure is it good for viruses but definitely better then this ausom windows defender . I would inspire them by telling them that if they did not improve upon their technology quickly, forget about the upcoming world wars, yes I'd tell them about world war 1 and world war2 and so on but I would tell them that it is because of the world wars and people not acting fast enough that it's because of these things that about a year after world war1 that all of humanity is assimilated by the borg. Really frustrating problem. Hi everyone,Something is wrong with my computer, I don't know what it is. My games, Crazy Party for example, everytime I click on the .exe file, it gets deleted. I have windows defender turned off, does anyone know what could be going on? Is anyone else having this issue?I'm also looking for an accessible virous protecter. I see several spywear programs that work fine with Jaws, but is windows defender the only one I can use? I mean, there's no other ones that will work with a screenreader? I may have to pay more if I increase the RAM and storage. By following several guides on Digital Ocean and Linode, I was able to install a LAMP stack, WordPress, and PHP My Admin. With the current setup I have, would I be able to create something like this?I also have a Vinux virtual machine which uses Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, but I heard that you can't get updates as this will cause it to crash. Vinux is a desktop distribution, which has the gksu drivers to open windows, although some are not accessible with Orca. I am thinking about getting a Raspberry PI, which I could probably convert to the Raspberry VI, and then I could try SSHing into it to try to do what you just described.A bit off-topic, but I remember you setting up Asterisk on your Linux VPS for people to call in. Unfortunately, Asterisk, FreePBX, or both don't seem to like PHP 7, which is what I have right now. Mine is a statistical model (also known as a Clustergen voice in Festvox).* Configure the directory structure using the provided setup scripts in Festvox.* Build a basic version of the voice and test it in Festival.* Try some of the steps outlined in the Festvox documentation that describe how to make it better (the steps needed will depend on if you are doing a Clustergen or a unit selection voice).* When you are happy, convert it to a Flite voice.* Grab the .c and .h files that the Flite voice generation scripts produce.* You can now use Flite to do your synthesis, and Flite runs on a lot of different platforms since it is written in portable C.I realize that many of these steps may be vague or unclear, but there is a lot more information in the documentation for Festvox and Flite. It just asks for a password, encrypts your response in the same way the real password is encrypted, compares the two, and if they're the same it lets you in. That being the case, perhaps his or her knowledge of English is such that it makes it extremely difficult to write a full-fledged synopsis. In the grand scheme, I'd much rather have someone fail to post a synopsis of a game (I'll find out what the game is when I download it), over the repeated error 404 codes that we get because people refuse to update their original postings with valid information when initial game links go dead. That is a problem that is of epic and epidemic proportions on this forum, and the truth is that it is nothing but laziness, and there is absolutely no excuse for it. I can always figure out what a game is by playing it. I can't do shit about a broken link that someone couldn't bother to fix or tell me about.
