Looking on the net I may be able to sell my Hurricane/Anson/ Defiant etc.etc. tail wheel and tyre to a ‘foamer’ for as much as the modification to a better wheel and brake would cost. Yes it would destroy the originality of the proto Boomerang but it was a bad design compromise for a purpose
