Looks like Thomasia Cabral Furtada to me. At the top it says Theresa but then
he writes Catarina Cabral then the digo Thomasia Cabral Furtada.

The incorrect name does not read Catarina. The first letter is an R and
without study it looks like Rovina, Rosina?
