The record following the one in question is the 13 of Feb 1= um 2 = dois 3 = tres 4 = quatro 5 = cinco/sinco 6 = seis 7= sete/sette 8 = oito 9= nove 10= dez 11 = onze 12 = doze Looking at the shape of the word, I'd guess it's either quatro or sete or sette. Quatro should have the q dangling below

It's a baptism, but a bit more unusual. I think it says that Manuel da Silva (looks like an adult!) is being baptized because he's intending on getting married. He must not have been baptized as a baby or the page got lost and they rebaptized him. That's what I think it says. At least on the pl
