Thank you to Joao Ventura for finding my grandfather's birth/baptismal re rods and his parents (my great-grandparents) marriage records and translating for me. My question is understanding this part of translation - "dispensed 1st and 2nd consiguenanty . Does that mean she married her uncle?

:D I was distracted by trick-or-treaters and should have indicated that I was referring to a margin note. In any case, Elaine was looking at a 1994 notation toward the bottom, and my eye stopped at the 1979 date at the top. I'll try to puzzle out that margin note later this evening. :) --
