[beagleboard] New version soft for BBB Rev B?

Hello, I got a BBB Rev B and when I wanted to switch it on, the BBB did't start. Probably someone did something with this BBB. I wanted to restore soft. So, I go to the http://beagleboard.org/latest-images website and there isn't any new soft for this board (there is 2gb space on emmc) The last

Ok, for me it is not important to flash emmc. I can use system from card. And I want use this method. So, what should I do step by step? For this momet I have got old version on the emmc and ne we on sd card. If i remove card, BBB boot from emmc. If I insert card, BBB boot from sd card. But when
