Re: [Bes-admins] Removing IT Policy from BB
Here's a list from RIM - http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKCdocType=kcextern alId=KB14202sliceId=1docTypeID=DT_SUPPORTISSUE_1_1dialogID=279873442 stateId=wrong Id Other suggestions already given are probably more applicable in this case, but I used the 3rd option just yesterday and it worked great. She is having issues because the IT policy is still on the device. She called Verizon and they said the IT policy needs to be removed. Can someone please tell me how to remove this from the device. Thanks very much! [Bes-admins] Read Receipt Policy?
Just migrated to BES 5 SP1 and have a question about read receipts. Users with device software 5 now have the ability to toggle whether or not they want to reply to read receipts. Is there a policy where this can be set on the BlackBerry server rather than contacting each user individually? We'd prefer to set it to automatically reply as it's always been that way for us. As we migrate users over that setting is currently set to Prompt. In case it matters we use MS Exchange. Thanks! Brandon T.
