I'm looking on blackberry.com to see if there is a minimum device
software version for BES for MS Exchange 5.0.3 MR2. Does anyone know of

Had this problem before on BES, not BESX and it was due to the system
time being off. Something like 5 minutes difference from the domain
controller.

I can't answer the BlackBerry portion, but as far as the shared calendar
- any chance it's a public folder?
For instance if we type our OWA address and use /public rather than

It's probably not related, but I had an issue with this just last week.
I haven't gone back to check if the error messages are similar, but the
time on one of our domain controllers was off by about 12-13 minute.
The VMware host was controlling the time so it was incorrect. Once the

Rebooted server last night after running some Windows updates and I can't get
logged in to the BlackBerry Administration Service with either my AD account or
the besadmin account. This has happened before after a reboot, but a simple
restart of the BlackBerry Administration Services would fix.
Is your next drive a mapped drive? Maybe that's blocking it. Might have to
either disconnect the mapped drive or go to disk management and give the SD

I've seen users here have the same thing. However, it doesn't happen every few
hours - seems to be every few weeks. Their connection still shows 3G or 1XEV,
but they lose their data services. The last time I had this problem I couldn't
connect to the browser or any of our BES functions. I
Has anyone turned on reconciliation for permanently deleted email messages on
BES 5? We have a few users that want it turned on. My only concern is the
mention of recurring message scans being used to detect these permanently
deleted messages. Will it slow down mail delivery?

Just migrated to BES 5 SP1 and have a question about read receipts.
Users with device software 5 now have the ability to toggle whether or
not they want to reply to read receipts. Is there a policy where this
can be set on the BlackBerry server rather than contacting each user
individually? We'd
