Would it be easier to just adjust the internet filter for your BES server since
that is where the internet requests are processed?

Is there a way to set a profile on a users phone (loud, vibrate, quiet, etc)
and lock it via BES policy? Phone is 8320 4.5 and BES is 4.1.6.

I am having an issue where the Torch is not using the BES connection for the
browser. I have everything setup correctly so the BES should proxy all of the
internet traffic but it is not working. We are using the exchange BES 4.1.7
MR3. Could this be related to the same vendor files? If so,

We have the same issue here. There are some third party companies that say
they can support iPhones with the same level of care as BES but I have yet to
actually get one to work. We purchased a solution but it was very difficult to
install and we still don't have the results we were promised.

I updated mine from srp.us.blackberry.net to us.srp.blackberry.com with no
issue about two weeks ago. I went under the assumption that it would be better
to switch now instead of waiting until they changed and then end up trying to
chase down the issue.
