Hi, I'm using 6.2b2 on XP and am seeing these three problems: 1. I have one song with the genre of "Easy Listening". It's in a various artists album that doesn't have an ALBUMARTIST tag. Well, it's not showing up when I browse by genre. In the genre list, I get "1 album with 1 song by 0 artists"

I have just upgraded to SlimServer Version: 6.2b2. I also tried 6.2b1 which also had the same fault, but I had been using version 6.1.2 which did not have this problem. If you select Search Music, then select Search Albums and then search for an album containing various artists it lists the same

Admittedly, I have a really old machine running slimserver (P2 400, 384mb ram) - It was running fine on 6.1 though playing any type of file, and even still has low CPU usage and RAM always has about 100mb physical free. I've been meaning to throw a new machine at it so I might do that this weekend

Works fine for me too here both wired and wireless. I suspect that it's a bandwidth problem on your network. One way to look at this is to use the "Server and Network Health" tool under Help in the 6.2b2 release. That should give some statistics about buffer fullness, etc. Also, can you des

I've updated to 6.2b2 and still had no joy. Playing Mp3s / wavs are no problem over ssh to softsqueeze. Also, no problem playing wmas to my SB2s or SB1s. Does anyone have any ideas? As an aside, Alien BBC is now working like a dream! -- dallan73 __
