As far as I know, TV Tuners come in an external box, or internal card
version.
I don't think I've ever seen them in USB stick format, but it has been a
while since I've seen these.

Just to add to what John said, once you press the alt+N to go to the
information bar, you need simply press the spacebar to activate the menu
choices, at which point, you can arrow up and down through the choice to
what you want to do.
