I took care of this little issue last evening over the phone. What John did
was accidentally rename an entire group of files at the same time instead of
just the single file that he wanted to change.

In the AVG test centre, press control f4. The complete test settings

You are trying to burn a data CD, and as a result you do not need a ripping
program at all. The only time you burn an audio disk is when creating a
music CD.

I had a similar problem where the fire wall in our router was preventing me

ah. so i'm not the only one that can't get this to work. My router is fine I

this happens with. I canaccess the main page but
i cannot access the stores.

I don't know what's going on. it works for most but not some people and the
people at the main place can access everything I
can't. I read there FAQ
It seems to work fine for me, but FWIW, because there was a specific website
that was actually making my instance of Jaws 'crash' as such, I've recently
upgraded to IE 7 after FS support told me to.
Not sure if that's relevant, but anyway...

Strange.
What happens if you use the Ins. + Esc. key combination that's supposed to
make Jaws 'refresh' it's virtual buffer?
Another thing to try out is to use the 'View' menu, and choose 'Source' and
see if the page is actually loading as a blank, or whether it's only really

And one more thing I've just thought of.
Make sure your browser is actually maximized when this page is being loaded,

work as such, but I have, FWIW, once or twice had webpages that just say
'blank' to me over and over
I did check to see if full screan was on and maximize was done. they were.
