Lee, I would think the mixture is consistant throughout. Just a word of advice about storing the bag in the basement. I stored a bag on the basement floor for about 9 months and when I went to use it, it was hard as a rock. Seems the bag and its contents drew moisture out of the floor and set

I use a product called Water Plug. I got it at Lowes or a plumbing supply store. It is a powder and comes in a can and you add water and mix, then push tightly into the hole or crack. You have to work fast, since the stuff hardens in 15 minutes. If it is a big job, you should do it a little at

I'd stick to concrete. Just fill it in all at once. You will most likely need some bracing to keep the mix in place. Something like a piece of half inch ply and a couple 2 by 4s running at an angle to the floor. It won't take a ton of force to keep it all in place but it will fall out if

I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be doing any resawing. I'll be using it to cut special shapes. I picked out a small table top one. If I find that I have outgrown it in the future I can always get a bigger one. If I were to start big it would be hard to justify going small. SWMBO needs

Hi Lee, The correct way to fill cracked concrete walls is to clean out the crack with a chisel and mallet, with an undercut so the bottom of the crack is wider then brush and wash it out thoroughly. They recommend using hydraulic concrete which expands as it cures. You force it into the crack

when the contracter fixed my wall last april; he poured something into the crack from the outside. it was rather watery. He poured and poured and in about 4 hours there was this stuff in the hole in the basement, and all the way along the crack both inside and outside. He then patched over
