Thanks Ira. The SSR take AC load on both sides and I believe I saw 110V on both sides( L1 and A2? ) when I measured. I'll confirm tonight. Seem like the other possibility is a bad PID but not sure how to check it. I did check the power to the PID and it is showing 110V and displaying the
