Jeffery,
If you can hold off buying a new monitor for a couple of months, the "Black
Friday" sales will soon be coming up. Two years ago, I was able to pick up
2 Dell 32 in monitors for $120 each; brand new, full warranty. You just
need to be patient and look around for them.

Bill,
All the folks did a great job, but by far, you are at the top when it comes

worked together like a well oiled machine, which made the effort seem

Hi All,
I need a refresher at what time are we starting to set up for Field Day
on Friday? I'll be there to help set up Friday and then again help finish
up on Saturday morning, also operate on Saturday.
I need to leave after my last operating shift; midnight to 1 AM, and won't
be returning;
Congrats, Nizar!

Hi Martin,
I am not familiar with that one, but can highly recommend their DX-88
antenna. I’ve had one for several years now and it works well. I know it
goes to 80 meters, and I think down to 6. I am not 100% sure on he 6
meters, as I am not interested in that band.
I added about a mile of
Hi Nizar,
Just saw this...Congrats!!
Yes, a worthy milestone, now it will turn into the norm.
This must have been the 1300 CWT, you had a nice signal into Ohio.

Hi David,
My name is Jim Blanca - KE8G, and I am an "import" from Ohio for Field

If you don't understand something, never be afraid to ask for a through
explanation. Most folks are very happy to share their knowledge

Hi Nizar,
Still a nice score!! I gave up after 45 minutes, I was just not hearing
stations this morning. I was looking at the RBN and my usual signals were
not as strong, so I am guessing I had sucko propagation here in Ohio. I
hope the 19:00 and 03:00 CWTs are better!!

going to be a killer for me, as with going to daylight savings time, it

Hear, hear! This is an excellent opportunity to snag some new; possibly

Hi All,
This is unfortunate!
The Ohio store is located about 15 miles from my QTH and has gotten many
"greenstamps" from me over the past 40 years!
I found that as time progressed, AES seemed to be stuck in the 70's, as they
didn't keep up with the things other vendors were doing. The biggest
Hi Mike,
I was at last Sunday's meeting, but will not be able to attend on this
Saturday, as it is my grandson's birthday party.
I'll talk with Allen later this weekend to catch me up on anything I may need
to know. I do plan on being at the FD site beginning next Friday at 1:00 for
setup.
Hi All,
As Allen and I have spoken over the weekend... even got together to load the
latest FW into my K3, I plan one being there.
I am strictly a CW op, but in a pinch, will give SSB a try if we do not have
enough ops and the CW bands get slow. I'll bring my K3, (it does not have a
mic), an

Well, the results are in: #1 for 8A and #5
Hi Allen,
I was happy to be able to work you on 40 meters this past weekend!
Is the TQP normally more represented than what I heard this weekend? Seems
like there were not very many stations on the air. Then again, it could just
be what I was hearing from Ohio.
