A dry camp is camping with no hook-ups. Like spending the night in a Wallmart
or truck stop. At Orlando they did have a power distribution system of
extension cords and threefers that would make Edison roll over.

I have a suggestion. At the last Hamfest I came and worked Friday and dry
camped overnight in my camper with my wife. I was available to work bright and
early in the morning; something not easy to do when you live 60 miles out. We
had just returned from Orlando a couple of weeks before where

I loved going to the clubhouse for their bi-monthly auctions. Bought a
number of radios there. Including my tri-band vertical which is a Mosley
and somebody had mounted it on a camera heavy stand. I've used that on
20-10 for decades, even at Field Day... It is still in storage at my AM
radio

I was a regular member of HARC, I was on the building committee that picked
the property on Lozier Street. I also have a copyon the March 1967 membership
list. I reviewed it and to the best of my knowledge I am the only one still
