This looks like the classic issue where the GPS is locked up, which is obvious because it's not even seeing the receiver version/info. Power-cycle the radio and see if the GPS comes back. If it does, then it should say if an update is needed. If it's 3.20_8174, it needs 5.1_8174. It's just a
