Just a short update regarding the free hosting (I hope this is not too annoying
but I received several emails from uses that saw this on the list so it could
be interesting): we have now updated the system with more RAM and solid state
drives. We have also removed the invitation key so

for redundancy? If I were running free hosting I'd be cautious of such things
as I wouldn't want to give the users the impression I was going to be

his name but was aware of the two acceptable spellings (Why The Lucky Stiff and
