Hi Team, I configured BLF on CUCM and I wanted to get it worked in the same way in CME too. Scenario: I have two lines on the phone. In CUCM when I configure BLF for Line 1 and it works as expected. BLF flickers for incoming call , turn red in active call / off hook / DnD. But on CME.

It depends on what you want to do. If you just want to watch the line, you can enable the presence feature which consists of the presence command (and some sub commands), the allow watch command under the lines, and the blf speed dial command under the phone. This setup does NOT watch for DND
