similar to get Thank you for calling if you dialed this by mistake press 1 to
contact operation else someone else will be with you shortly . Press 1 --gt;
should go to 9001

What do you mean is not working
You can take the default icd and then
Create a menu in the begin with the desire prompt then add a redirect number
and that’s all
If they don’t press anything in the menu prompt then they will go to the queue

Hi,
you just need to upload the right prompt file, then your requirement is
done via a menu step, use the thank you prompt as the menu prompt, on the
menu branch 1, use the consult transfer step to the DN 9001, this should
be all I believe.
DN can be statically configure inside the consul
